Veligandu Island 1997
The dream "wedding, bathing thrunks and squeezer 1997" is comming true. My girl friend Manuela and me, have married on a wonderfull beach in Sri Lanka. After one week, we are going for 3 weeks to the Maldives. Veligandu Island is located in the Rashdoo Atoll about 60 km east from Male/Hulule. Inge and Hans from Germany, our wedding witnesses, where also with us. We where on air with our old calls from 1995:

Hans as 8Q7BE in RTTY, SSB and CW (March, 7-20) with abt. 1'000 QSO's
Rolf as 8Q7BV in CW (March, 7-26) with 3'364 QSO's and 101different Countries
