Simon's Guitar-Colection:

HONDO Les Paul Custom with Browen Handle Vibrato:

My first very own guitar! I powered this guitar with a pair of DiMarzio Super Distortion pick-ups,
cream plastic parts, 3 mini switches for phase and single coil sounds and Gibson closed mechanics.
Gary Levinson (Blade) tuned this Guitar! Year 1982.

GIBSON Les Paul Studio with alpine white plastic parts:

My first original Gibson. I tuned this guitar with a pair of Seymour Duncan humbuckers. I also
added a TP-6 fine tuning tailpiece for instant adjustment at the touch of a fingertip. Year 1984.

GIBSON Futura Vibraola/US-1/Nighthawk Standard:

- The Futura is an unusual looking thing; but I like her ergonomy. The shape is like a can-opener
and the finish is pearl-white. Take a look at the LP Standard like fingerboard! Year 1983.

- The US-1 is a Hi-end guitar. I changed the old '86 PAF pick-up to a new PAF+ humbucker
and I disabled the single coil tap-switch because I did not like the tapped sound! Year 1987.

- I like the Nighthawk very much. It is a beautiful guitar with a book matched figured maple top
in a fireburst finish. I only exchanged the top hat knobs for old fashioned LP speed-knobs. Year 1993.

GIBSON M-III Standard/Les Paul Studio lite M-III/M-III Stealth:

- When I saw the M-III model the first time, I was hooked immediately. The Standard
was my first M-III. It is now my main live guitar because she's got nearly every sound
I need on stage! I tuned her up with the new Nighthawk-M-III electronics. Year 1991.

- The Les Paul M-III I use for non vibrato action. She has a nice
two piece maple top seen through a translucent blue finish. Year 1992.

- The Stealth is the high end version of the M-III series.
The body is made of Korina wood. Year 1991.

GIBSON Les Paul Double Cutaway:

The Les Paul DC is a limited edition Nr. 121 of 300. I changed the P-90 to
P-100 pickups because I prefer a noise free sound in the studio and on stage.
The finish is heritage cherry. She's wonderful! Year 1993.

GIBSON BR-9 Lap Steel:

This is an original BR-9 with P-90 pick-ups. Very nice! Tuners are Kluson Deluxe. Year 1955.

EPIPHONE Chet Atkins SST:

The Chet Atkins SST is a nice sounding, acoustic like solid body Guitar with a ceramic pick-up.

HONER Rockwood LX-30:

This is a nice mini Strat. The Pick Up you see is a Levinson one.
I also changed the Tuners and screw a Ibanez String holder on it.
